The Tech Museum
The Tech is in the heart of Silicon Valley, and a staple of the community that provides tech related exhibits and educational offerings to local residents, institutions and visitors. A venue and event space used as a platform to keep pace with the pulse of the tech industry, The Tech partners with companies with the likes of Microsoft, Ford, Nvidia and Nasa to showcase and educate relevant technologies we rely on day to day, as well as for future needs.

Digital Transformation
As the creative director, my task was to transform The Tech’s ecosystem to enable for efficiency and cost-productive processes to support both customers and internal stakeholders. This digital effort included transforming the web platform, content management system, reservation portal and campaign strategy.
Reservation System
My team retooled and enhanced how customers and institutions plan their visit through an intuitive interface. The new system is responsive and is also integrated with The Tech’s internal logistics system allowing for a more productive and efficient cross-team planning.

Campaign Flexibility
A museum’s operational strategy requires many elements to run effectively. An infrastructure to help mitigate unexpected pivots is key to ensure the best experiences for the customers. This is also important for The Tech’s digital strategies, which is the key enabler for the customer experience. The new digital ecosystem is based on a component-based model through a design system that is integrated into the CMS. This allowed the team to develop and adjust showcases, events, and IMAX experiences more efficiently.
